3. CLOSING THE GAP:
There is nothing worse than sending away an enthusiastic client
over a few dollars. That is why Juliet constantly strives
to find creative solutions to the financial gap. We
keep a file of companies that may be interested in sponsoring
a keynote session and then help play matchmaker between
the interested clients and possible sponsors. We also
assist your client in finding their own sponsor directly by
providing them with a Sponsorship
Template Letter which allows them to target vendors, or
past exhibitors, who wish to strengthen relationships with
their community.
4. MAKING YOUR CLIENT HAPPY:
Juliet sends a gorgeous box of sumptuous cookies to
most clients following our event together…from both
of us with
your approval. The miraculous power of sugar never
ceases to amaze us.
5. MAXIMIZING SPIN-OFFS:
Step One:
Juliet puts lots of creative energy into maximizing spin-off possibilities
of each gig. Our evaluation features a referral section, but we
do not stop there. Since participants are often reticent to
fill them out, we incentivize them with a raffle opportunity at the
end of each event. One completed evaluation is drawn following Juliet’s
keynote. The winner of this drawing receives their choice of
$100 cash, a huge box of brownies or a 10gig IPOD. Larger, juicier
crowds are offered even bigger prizes. This really fires up
the pens and pencils.
Step Two:
All referrals are then neatly organized for you into one Spin-Off Master Sheet containing each referral, their contact info, the referrer, and any notes about upcoming meetings or special connections and conversations.
